- To run, own, manage, consultants, administer, Diagnostic, Nursing homes, scan centres, Urology and Maternity centres, hospital, clinical dispensaries, child welfare and family planning centers, clinical pathological testing laboratories, child X-ray equipments, cat scanners, blood testing equipments and to act as dispensing chemists and consultants in the acid, drugs, esseces, pharmaceuticals and pesticidesd, synthetic drugs, disinfectants, antiseptics, preservativeand contract media and for providing technical knowhow, technical services and allied services for the establishment, operation and improvement of Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Clinics, Medical institutions Medical Centre, Diagnostic Centres scan centres, urology & hospitals and Laboratories in India and abroad.
- To carry on the business as traders, importers and exporters, distributors, agents/marketing, wholesale dealers and suppliers of all kinds of pharmaceuticals medicines, drugs, formulations basic drugs, biological preparations, condums, herb acids, alkalies, disinfectants, syrups, codials, soups and restoratives of food tinctures, essential oils and dealers in chemical, surgical and scientific apparatus of drug, and to carry on the Business of vialing, botting, re-packing, processing of capsules, tablets, ointments, injections and applications whether in solid, semisolid or liquid form.
- To carry on the business of manufacturing, distributors/agents/marketing, and otherwise delaers in all kinds of fine chemicals, basic drugs, drugs, acides, salts, alkalies, antibiotics, pharmaceuticals and medicinal preparations.
