The main objective of this company is:
- To promote education by selling up and/or maintaining and/or running schools, colleges, university, centre for advance learning and excellence, lecture halls and other establishments or institutions for advancement of education and of knowledge in arts, science, literature, humanities, engineering, accountancy, medicine, management and any other useful subjects in all their manifestations not with the motive of profit.
- No objects of the Company will be carried our without obtaining prior approval/No objection Certificate from concerned authority whenever required.
- None of the objects will be carried out on commercial basis.
